Usage and Log Data

• App activity logs (load starts, completions, document uploads)
• Odometer readings submitted at trip start and end
• Device type and operating system (for app compatibility)
• Error and crash reports

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

• Load management and dispatch: To assign loads to drivers, track progress, and verify completion.
• Fleet coordination: To give dispatchers and administrators real-time visibility into driver locations and load statuses.
• Documentation and compliance: To ensure proof of delivery (POD) and bill of lading (BOL) documents are captured and stored for each load.
• Mileage tracking: To record accurate odometer readings for payroll, billing, and audit purposes.

The Trucko.ai platform is intended for use by commercial trucking professionals only. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18.
