SMS Messaging and OTP Consent

By providing your mobile phone number and using the Trucko.ai platform, you expressly consent to receive text messages (SMS) from Trucko.ai, including one-time passcodes (OTPs) for identity verification and account authentication purposes.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive SMS messages each time you log in or when account verification is required.

Message and Data Rates: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Trucko.ai is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out: To stop receiving SMS messages, reply STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. Note that opting out of SMS may affect your ability to log in to the platform if OTP-based authentication is required.

No Third-Party Sharing: Your mobile phone number and consent to receive SMS will not be shared with or sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

By using the platform, you confirm that you are the account holder or have the account holder's permission to use the provided mobile number, and that you are 18 years of age or older.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Trucko.ai platform — including the web dashboard and the driver mobile application — you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform, including dispatch staff, fleet administrators, and drivers.

Description of Service

Trucko.ai is a fleet management and load coordination platform that consists of two components:

• Web Dashboard: Used by dispatch staff and fleet administrators to create and assign loads, monitor driver activity, verify documentation, and manage fleet operations.
• Driver Mobile App: Used by drivers to view assigned loads, capture odometer readings, upload proof of delivery (POD/BOL), and share live location during active loads.

The platform is intended for commercial logistics and trucking operations only.

User Roles and Accounts

The platform operates with two user roles:

• Admin / Dispatcher: Responsible for creating and managing driver accounts, assigning loads, and overseeing fleet operations through the web dashboard.
• Driver: Accesses the mobile app using credentials provided by the admin. Drivers do not self-register.

All accounts are created and managed by authorized administrators. Admins are responsible for ensuring that only authorized individuals are granted access to the platform.

Account Responsibility

Each user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person.

Admins are responsible for promptly deactivating accounts for drivers who are no longer employed or authorized to use the platform.

Trucko.ai is not liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to an account due to a user's failure to keep their credentials secure.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — managing loads, coordinating drivers, and facilitating fleet operations. You must not:

• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform or its underlying systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the platform's functionality or the experience of other users.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information (including odometer readings or delivery documentation).
• Use the platform to transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Trucko.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.

Trucko.ai does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times, error-free, or free from interruptions. We reserve the right to perform maintenance or updates that may temporarily affect availability.

Termination of Access

Trucko.ai reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform at any time, with or without notice, if a user is found to be in violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion.

Admins may also revoke driver access at any time through the web dashboard.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Country], without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
